What happens next?

1. Voting

Most polling stations are scheduled to close at 22:00 Israel time, 16:00 Eastern and 21:00 in Vienna. Voters already queuing may still be served.

2. Counting

Exit polls estimate seats. Official partial results count ballots. Neither is a certified final result.

3. Government

Parties negotiate support in the 120-seat Knesset. Winning the most seats does not automatically form a government.
